This website is run by Anthony Warren Coaching (“I”, “me”). This notice explains what personal information the website collects and how it is used.

What this website collects

Contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message by email. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss coaching with you. I keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become an athlete, for the duration of our coaching relationship.

Booking a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you open the booking calendar, Cal.com loads on this page and processes the details you enter (such as your name, email address and chosen time) under its own privacy policy.

Server logs. Like most websites, the server records basic technical information about each request (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Sharing your information

I don’t sell or share your information. It is only processed by the services needed to run the site and reply to you: my hosting provider, my email provider and, if you book a call, Cal.com.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how it is used. Email me at anthony@anthonywarrencoaching.com. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
